I began my nursing career in 2002 after earning my Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from the Practical Nursing Program at South Side Community College. Early in my career, I recognized my desire to further advance my education and expand my scope of practice. I subsequently earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Howard Community College in 2011, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University in 2013. In 2016, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Simmons University. I am board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Over the past 25 years, I have gained extensive clinical experience in adult and geriatric care, psychiatric nursing, wound care management, tracheostomy and ventilator care, as well as hospice and palliative care. My diverse background has equipped me with strong clinical judgment, compassionate patient-centered care skills, and the ability to serve patients across a broad spectrum of healthcare needs.

Throughout my career, my commitment to service has continued to grow. I am driven by a deep passion to expand access to quality care and to make a meaningful impact within the community I serve.
